Express Shipping - $15.00*

Free Standard Shipping - Spend $150.00 or more*

International: 

Standard International Shipping - $30.00*

*** PLEASE NOTE ***  : All our Standard shipping orders are packed and sent in Aust. Post satchel, which do not require ‘Signature on Delivery’. And we work off an Authority to leave system. Please contact Australia Post after we have sent you tracking information to update or liaise with them on any changes.

Once parcels are listed ‘DELIVERED’ through Aust. Post tracking, we will no longer be held responsible for any parcels claim lost.

Signature on delivery is sometimes available for orders with a higher product value.

*Veia charge a flat rate of $10.00 per parcel for standard shipping and $15.00 for express delivery within Australia. Please note your postcode may not fall under next day delivery service for Express Post (usually for rural suburbs). In this case we will agree to use the most convenient way for delivery (see parcel delivery timelines here)

Regular delivery within Australia costs $10.00 (usually 3-7 working days depending on location) and NOT with signature on delivery.

Order parcels are dispatched from our office within 1-2 business day and shipping times are estimated depending on the shipping address. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : International orders will be sent via Australia Post International delivery services, we may be unable to provide details for the parcel depending on shipping location. International orders usually take up to 7-14 days for most countries but can take up to three weeks or longer. We do not take responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your Billing and Shipping address as we are unable to reroute packages. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
