Customer Information Policy:
veia.com.au recognises that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. The information collected is used to help us respond to customer inquiries, send emails about sales and events, send catalogues and other marketing and promotional materials through the mail, contact contest winners and /or ship and bill orders.
veia.com.au collects personal information necessary to process an order, a contest entry or a request to receive promotional emails from the consumer. This information includes name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, gender (optional) and date of birth (optional).
Customer Service Policy:
Veia offers both standard express and regular shipping with Australia Post (for Australia Post guidelines and delivery time frames please visit auspost.com.au). We do reserve the right to use other carries at our recommendation to ensure the best and most efficient service possible at any given time.
All overseas orders will be shipped via Australia Post. (for Australia Post guidelines and delivery time frames please visit auspost.com.au)
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) . Product prices may be updated at any time.
We can only accept refund returns for faulty items. You may request a credit note or exchange for other items. However for hygiene reasons we can not accept any return of earring unless faulty so please purchase responsibility and ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure about any details. We do our very best to give clear images and descriptions of all products as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Veia will cover or refund postage costs for any faulty items. For any exchanged items the customer must pay the postage to sent the exchanged item back and to have the new item sent. Standard shipping charges apply for both Australian and International orders.
Store credit may be issued at the purchasers request. Through personal contact we will arrange a credit code for the customers use only with the value of the item being credited not shipping costs. Store credits will last one year from date of issue. Items bought with store credit will be handled like any regular order made and further shipping charges will apple to send new products.
We do not offer any returns for credit note or exchange on any sale items, including those with a promotional code.
Veia is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (unless you have opted out of receiving promotional materials, we may send you information by email or postal mail to the address you provided) and to personalise and elevate your experience shopping with us.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at veia.com.au will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorised charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with us.
